Detailed Product Description

This production line is specially used for PP PE waste recycle, it adopt double 
stage extruder and double automatic filter to keep the good quality of granules. 
This line realizes full automatic running. This line configurates different screen 
of crusher, it suit for different plastics, such as film, injection waste, sheet, 
lumps, bottle, etc.

This full line, configurated main system includes crusher, washer, dewater 
and dryer, store and force feeding, double stage extruder, cooling, dewater, 
pelletizer and store. 

We adopt scrubbing washer, roller washer and double screw washer, to 
ensure the clean of the material. We adopt high speed rotating dewater 
and pipe oven dryer to keep the dry of material.
